Booking Terms and Conditions for Worthy Women’s Weekend Retreat:
Booking Confirmation:
a. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
b. Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
Payment:
a. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. Full payment must be cleared by 5th August 2024 to secure your space at the Retreat.
c. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
d. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
a. As payments are non-refundable, cancellations at any time will result in forfeiture of payment.
b. Participant substitutions are not allowed.
Retreat Itinerary:
a. The Retreat itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the organiser.
b. The organiser reserves the right to modify/cancel activities, workshops, and schedules as and when necessary.
Health and Safety:
a. Participants are responsible for their own safety, health and well-being during the Retreat.
b. Should you have any medical conditions and/or special dietary requirements then it is your responsibility to make such requirements known to us, in writing, at the time of purchasing the Retreat.
c. Where services include fitness related classes/activities, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit and well enough before attempting to engage or participate.
d. If you have any health concerns please seek the advice of your qualified medical practitioner prior to attending the Retreat.
e. The organiser is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the Retreat.
Code of Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times.
b. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
c. Should you wish to smoke please make your request known to us and we will provide a designated smoking area.
d. We expect you to treat the Retreat and venue with respect. You will be personally responsible for any damage caused as a result of your direct or indirect actions or behaviour.
Liability:
a. The organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the retreat.
b. Although most meals and drinks are included in the package, be mindful that the Retreat is not ‘all-inclusive’, additional charges for food and drinks may apply.
c. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to and from the retreat venue.
